In our sessions, you can expect us to start by checking in on how you’re doing and any stressors that have come up lately. We’ll dive deeper into your helpful and not so helpful patterns, learn and practice coping skills that best fit the situation that you can use in between sessions, and challenging negative self talk. I will help you build a toolbox that you can depend on when life feels most difficult.
